Pallavi R. Kachoria
Pallavi Kachoria practices in the areas of estate planning and corporate law. Her goal in serving her estate planning clients is to develop a robust and practical estate plan that meets their needs. She ensures that her clients have a full understanding of the plan and that they feel confident about their decisions. In addition to helping clients on the planning side, Pallavi guides clients through the probate and estate administration process.
In her corporate practice, Pallavi assists business owners with the full cycle of a company including entity formation and structure, governing documents, operation and management, shareholder and partner agreements, employment agreements and represents businesses during litigation.
She clerked for the Honorable Harry C. Storm in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County as well as the Honorable Maxine E. McBean in the D.C. Contract Appeals Board.
Prior to starting a second career in law, Ms. Kachoria had several years of experience as a business and technology consultant in which her clients were small businesses, large corporations, and federal government agencies. She was exposed to many different industries including telecommunications, finance, health, and education. Pallavi has a unique and diverse skill set which allows her to offer a real-life perspective to her clients.
Pallavi is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
